Toasty Clips is provided by Sabaa Fatani, a sole trader in the United Kingdom, trading as Toasty Clips. "We" and "us" on this page mean Sabaa Fatani.

Toasty Clips is in early access, opened account by account. It will change, and things may break.

You must be 13 or over to use Toasty Clips. If you are under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission, as YouTube requires.

Connect only a Twitch channel and a YouTube channel that are yours, or that you have the right to use. Toasty Clips works only with clips from the Twitch channel you sign in with, and you must have the rights to what is in them.

Your clips and your Shorts stay yours.

You let us download your clips, transcribe them, write titles and descriptions for them, make Shorts from them, store them and upload the Shorts to your YouTube channel, only as far as we need to run the service for you. This permission ends when you delete your account; Shorts already posted stay on your channel.

Once you start autopilot, Shorts are uploaded to your YouTube channel as public videos without anyone reviewing each one first.

You are responsible for what is posted to your channel, and for following Twitch's and YouTube's rules, including the YouTube Terms of Service.

• Don't use it with anyone else's channel or clips.
• Don't use it to post anything that breaks Twitch's or YouTube's rules, or the law.
• Don't try to get into other accounts, get around the service's limits, or disrupt it.

You can delete your account at any time in your settings.

We may pause or remove your access, for example if these terms are broken, if Twitch or YouTube require it, or if we stop the service. Where we can, we tell you why.

We can suspend an account; nothing is then found, made or posted until we reactivate it, and clips that are waiting may be cleared by the nightly clean-up. You see that it is suspended.

Early access is free until billing opens. Nobody is charged without first choosing a plan. The plans are on the pricing page:

• Starter: up to 2 Shorts a day, £12 a month, $15 a month or €14 a month.
• Creator: up to 4 Shorts a day, £24 a month, $29 a month or €27 a month.
• Pro: up to 8 Shorts a day, £49 a month, $59 a month or €55 a month.

Your first 3 Shorts are free, with no card needed. After that, posting pauses until you choose a plan.

Plans are paid monthly, in advance, through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in your settings. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the month you paid for; we do not refund part of a month.

A discount on the first month (for the waitlist or a streamer's link) applies once, to your first paid month only.

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of choosing a plan. You ask us to start the service at once: once posting starts, you lose that right for the part of the service already delivered, and if you cancel within the 14 days we refund the rest. To cancel within the 14 days, write to us (see Contact).

The service is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it has no errors, or that any Short will do well.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, for lost income, views or business, or for what Twitch or YouTube do with your channel.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Toasty Clips is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch or YouTube.

We can change these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and for an important change we also email every confirmed address or show a notice in the app. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also go to the courts there.
